1. Digital Services

All AI tools and services provided are digital and generate results instantly. As such, once a tool is accessed or a service is used, refunds will not be issued.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under specific conditions:

• Duplicate payments made accidentally
• Payment was successful, but the service failed to load or function

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to Pro features will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds (in case of exceptions) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
